June 2nd 2023 was a seriously good day.
I cycled 45 kilometres from Glastonbury to Weston without getting lost, injured or sunburnt. Carrying just what i needed nothing more nothing less.
Then i painted for 5 hours enough to just finalise this mural, the finishing touches of the white key lines were just oh so satisfying. Had organised my kit/ belongings so carefully that all took away with me that day was a bundle of paintbrushes.
Then i cycled 45 kilometres home again.
Mural for Weston Wallz organised by the people of UPFEST Bristol did not dissapoint. There were loads of other very talented and well-known painters also working that week and i managed to chat to them a bit whilst also not dropping the ball on my triathalon training. Slateman Olympic tri coming up in a week! eeek
And the people of Camden Terrace in Weston Super Mare have had a serious upgrade to their little street. Loved working in this quiet, windy little residential street! Thankyou UPFEST!!
